What you will do

• Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on protocol requirements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various legal agreements including confidentiality and clinical study agreements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and contracting standards.
• Maintain and update contract files, databases, and archiving systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Turkey
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in contract management.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in drafting and negotiating clinical research agreements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a virtual environment.
