What you will do

• Produce realistic 3D mockups for residential homes, restaurants, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.
• Create short videos and walkthrough animations showcasing system functionality and space integration.
• Edit and enhance existing visual content to implement design improvements.
• Collaborate directly with the client's main office to ensure project expectations and deadlines are met.
• Maintain consistent visual quality aligned with the client's branding and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D visualization, architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in software such as Autodesk 3Ds Max, Blender, AutoCAD, Revit, Homestyler, or Cedreo.
• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior visual design principles, including lighting and textures.
• Professional portfolio showcasing relevant 3D mockups, animations, and architectural renderings.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Must be dedicated exclusively to this role with no active freelance or external commitments.

Nice to have

• Architectural or design degree.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
