What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process to build high-performing engineering teams.

• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate matching.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition teammates to foster a culture of teaching and learning.
• Manage the external talent brand in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience focused on Software Engineering.
• Experience recruiting for cloud data, database engineering, infrastructure, or applications.
• Proven track record of engaging and closing technical talent.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong networking skills with established connections to technical communities.
