What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers to understand tactical and strategic objectives.
• Partner with Senior Client Directors on strategic accounts to coordinate meetings with trustees and advisers.
• Oversee client reporting quality assurance and resolve operational queries through internal collaboration.
• Manage client retention activity and proactively mitigate risks in 'at risk' relationships.
• Identify and progress new business, restructuring, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure fair customer outcomes in accordance with Consumer Duty regulations.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of DC product solutions and the marketplace is required.
• Corporate client relationship management experience within a product provider or significant intermediary.
• Solid understanding of administration and operational matters regarding DC pension plans.
• Proven communication and presentation skills for high-level client-facing meetings.
• Ability to analyze client challenges and leverage company solutions to resolve them.
