TL;DR

Business Analyst (Pharma): Supporting an international pharmaceutical project within the Data domain with an accent on business analysis for data-driven initiatives and process optimization. Focus on translating business requirements into User Stories, maintaining product backlogs, and ensuring regulatory compliance (GxP).

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) - occasional visits required

Salary: 18,000–18,500 PLN gross (UoP) or 145–152 PLN/h (B2B)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-focused initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with global stakeholders to align requirements with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into User Stories and maintain the product backlog.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams within an Agile framework.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable data solutions in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) - mandatory
• Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Background in pharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Technical mindset with understanding of enterprise applications and complex datasets.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, User Stories, and Jira.
• Knowledge of regulated environments and GxP standards.
