Product Designer (Medtech)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Zoetermeer, Netherlands). Must be based in the Netherlands and hold valid EU work authorization.

What you will do

• Drive software UX from initial problem framing and wireframing to production-ready Figma interfaces.
• Collaborate with local Product Owners and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and product alignment.
• Coordinate with the core UX design team in Finland to maintain workflow consistency and feedback loops.
• Conduct user research and usability evaluations to translate healthcare workflows into digital solutions.
• Build and test prototypes to validate ideas before they hit development.
• Integrate accessibility and inclusivity standards into the software from the ground up.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma for design creation, sharing, and hand-off.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid EU work authorization.
