What you will do

  • Process end-to-end HR transactions via ticketing platforms while ensuring SLA and quality compliance.
  • Manage pre-onboarding activities, including pre-employment administration and document preparation.
  • Maintain personnel files and employment contracts in accordance with local legislation and GDPR.
  • Provide support to employees regarding personnel administration and HR data queries.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis for various stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the standardization and improvement of HR processes across multiple countries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a Shared Services Center (SSC).
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and ticketing tools.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and Change Management techniques.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in another European language (Polish, German, Spanish, Dutch, or Czech).
  • Initial experience in team coordination or project management.
