What you will do

• Implement permanent and temporary VM installations across UK&I retailers for brands like Kylie, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, and BOSS.
• Ensure flawless execution of product launches, in-store updates, and maintain brand consistency across the estate.
• Conduct store visits to maintain VM standards and provide coaching to field teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end VM project delivery, including forecasting, budget management, and purchase order tracking.
• Brief designers and agencies to develop high-quality VM guidelines, planograms, and artwork.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in visual merchandising, retail, beauty, fashion, or FMCG.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with administrative processes such as POs, invoicing, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design principles.
