What you will do

• Architect and lead end-to-end Active Directory and Exchange Hybrid modernization roadmaps for ecosystems with 100,000+ users.
• Design domain consolidation, forest restructuring, and transition legacy AD models to cloud-based identity (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Deploy modern Exchange architectures, including multi-forest migrations and hybrid configurations across on-premises and Exchange Online.
• Implement hybrid identity solutions using Entra ID/Azure AD Connect, SSO frameworks, and modern authentication (MFA, Conditional Access).
• Oversee core infrastructure domains including DNS, DHCP, Sites & Services, and secure PKI lifecycles.
• Produce comprehensive architecture documents, implementation guides, migration runbooks, and rollback plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise AD and Exchange modernization projects for environments with 100,000+ users.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), AD DS, ADFS, and Exchange Server SE.
• Strong proficiency in identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience integrating Microsoft infrastructure with platforms like F5, Infoblox DNS, and Sailpoint.
• Advanced PowerShell automation skills for Active Directory and Exchange Server management.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.

• Microsoft Certifications: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator, Azure Administrator, or Cybersecurity Architect Expert.
• Legacy Microsoft Exchange certifications.
