What you will do

• Provide oversight on compliance obligations and related controls for Wealth & Trading products.
• Ensure high-quality regulatory mapping and implement policies from scratch.
• Review 1LoD compliance approvals for W&T products and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement a robust company-wide training and competency program for Wealth & Trading.
• Conduct 2LoD oversight on complaints, using root-cause analysis to improve customer outcomes.
• Perform horizon scanning for relevant geographies to stay ahead of regulatory changes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Deep expertise in W&T obligations, specifically MiFID, EMIR, and PROD.
• University degree in STEM, business, or finance.
• Proven experience in conducting regulatory gap analysis and policy implementation.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in the UK.
