What you will do

• Own a portfolio of approximately 50 small and medium-sized DACH customers as their primary strategic point of contact.
• Guide new customers through a structured onboarding process to ensure they become active and confident users.
• Manage the end-to-end renewal process and take full responsibility for customer retention.
• Monitor customer health to identify and mitigate churn risks proactively.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify genuine upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collect structured customer feedback to influence product development and improve the user experience.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or hospitality).
• Native or fluent German and strong English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).
• Ability to organize and manage a large number of accounts with competing priorities.
• Tech-savvy mindset and eagerness to learn new digital tools.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French or Italian.
• Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with HubSpot and AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT.
