Financial Controller (Cybersecurity)

Salary: £100,000−£150,000 pro rata

What you will do

• Own monthly management reporting under US GAAP and oversee close processes for EMEA entities.
• Supervise statutory audits and prepare financial statements under IFRS for UK and other EMEA entities.
• Manage payroll-related returns, such as PSA and employment-related securities returns.
• Collaborate with tax teams regarding transfer pricing and corporation tax reporting.
• Implement best practices within the Finance department and provide value-added business analysis.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the finance team.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• 5+ years' post-qualified experience within industry.
• Proven experience at the Finance Controller level.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with multi-currency reporting.
• Ability to effectively liaise with senior management.
