What you will do

• Provide oversight on compliance obligations for finance and treasury operations across the business.
• Develop high-quality regulatory mapping and implement policies from scratch.
• Review 1LoD compliance approvals for finance and treasury products and provide feedback.
• Oversee horizon scanning for relevant geographies to identify upcoming regulatory changes.
• Manage and ensure a robust company-wide training and competency programme.
• Identify regulatory issues proactively and recommend remediation solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Expertise in finance and treasury regulatory obligations such as safeguarding, CASS, depositor protection, global booking models, and FRTB.
• University degree in STEM, business, or finance.
• Proven knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy creation.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Fluency in English.
