What you will do

• Act as a regulatory expert for client onboarding, product governance, and investment product launches.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of the regulatory architecture.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Provide expert regulatory advice to the Operations team to ensure full compliance with local regulations during product launches.
• Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Support and manage interactions with regulators.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of MiFID II, UCITS, and MAR.
• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Ability to conduct regulatory gap analysis and implement policies.
• Strong understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with regulators and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
