What you will do

• Gather public property information using online research tools and AI platforms.
• Interpret blueprints, takeoffs, and technical drawings to extract essential building data.
• Calculate energy savings estimates based on internal criteria.
• Design and produce professional, client-ready brochures featuring property specs and visuals.
• Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brochure design, property research, or construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Photoshop.
• Strong online research skills using mapping tools and public records.
• Working knowledge of reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Must be available for full-time work during EST business hours.
• Portfolio showcasing past work in real estate or technical brochures is required.
