What you will do

• Support management in formulating and communicating corporate goals and vision.
• Lead and oversee complex, company-wide strategic initiatives as a direct staff function to the Managing Director.
• Act as the primary link between management, division heads, and external partners (holding company, bank).
• Conduct data analyses and prepare decision documents to provide management with clarity and foresight.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and friction points proactively to get projects back on track.
• Participate in leadership rounds, board meetings, and strategic alignments to stay updated on business-critical topics.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in operations, strategic management, or management consulting.
• Business-fluent German and English skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Vienna.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex issues for decision-making.
• High level of assertiveness and diplomatic skills to manage tension and bring about decisions.
• High resilience and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services or technology environment.
• Experience working with group or holding structures.
• Knowledge of data analysis and preparation of C-level decision documents.
