What you will do
- Manage and expand the existing and new customer base within the assigned territory.
- Grow the product basket for existing customers and identify new client needs to increase offering.
- Oversee supply contracts and work to exceed established sales budgets.
- Provide high-quality customer service and handle all incoming inquiries and problems.
- Conduct cold calling and promote the brand in a positive and professional manner.
- Support the Branch Manager with various office administration tasks.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in the Food, Homecare, or Animal Feed industries.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and knowledge of D365 administrative systems.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to compile detailed reports on customer requirements, usage, and history.
- Persuasive communication skills and the ability to read people well.
