What you will do
- Manage the full maintenance lifecycle from tenant request intake to work order completion.
- Coordinate and schedule vendors, contractors, and technicians for repairs and inspections.
- Maintain professional communication with tenants regarding updates and timelines.
- Oversee preventive maintenance calendars for HVAC, pest control, and safety checks.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, vendor compliance records, and maintenance invoices.
- Track operational KPIs including ticket resolution times and vendor performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or facilities operations.
- Proficiency with property management systems such as Buildium, AppFolio, or Yardi.
- English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication) required.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
Nice to have
- Experience managing portfolios with 100+ units.
- Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Knowledge of OSHA and local building safety standards.
- Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs.
