What you will do

• Own end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud delivery, including backlog management, execution, and milestone tracking.
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines from Snowflake into Data Cloud using zero-copy streams, data model objects, and calculated insights.
• Implement data quality controls, monitoring, alerting, and SLA tracking for Data Cloud operations.
• Support Marketing, Sales, Loyalty, and Experience Cloud teams with segments and activation patterns.
• Coordinate with Salesforce Professional Services and internal platform teams on implementations and migrations.
• Coach cross-functional teams on Data Cloud best practices and self-service consumption patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data platforms, Salesforce Data Cloud, or data engineering delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities (ingestion, segmentation, activation, and governance).
• Strong experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouses, including zero-copy patterns and data modeling.
• Knowledge of enterprise data integration patterns (batch, streaming, CDC, and API-based flows).
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B or partner/supply-side data platforms.
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing, Sales, Experience, or Loyalty Clouds.
• Experience with experimentation or A/B testing data infrastructure.
