What you will do

• Lead and develop the store team to achieve service excellence and performance targets.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency and consistency.
• Drive commercial performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans.
• Own the store’s P&L and maintain positive financial performance.
• Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and customer activations.
• Oversee stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail management or senior supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
• Must be based in Barcelona.
• Fluency in English and Catalan is required.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
