TL;DR

Head of Total Rewards (Web3/HR): Leading the design and enhancement of global compensation and benefits strategies with an accent on competitive pay positioning and incentive plan implementation. Focus on benchmarking studies, optimizing annual compensation processes, and scaling reward frameworks across global offices.

Location: Must be based in Hong Kong or Singapore (right to work in Singapore is highly prioritized)

What you will do

  • Design and build global C&B policies, including compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Drive the implementation of company-wide short-term and long-term incentive programs.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HRBPs to resolve complex compensation and benefits matters.
  • Lead benchmarking studies to analyze policy effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
  • Oversee annual C&B programs, including salary reviews, LTI grants, and salary surveys.
  • Develop workflows and procedures to maximize efficiency in reward program management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with extensive experience in global Compensation & Benefits design.
  • Deep expertise in broad-based compensation, incentive programs, and focal reviews.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong financial acumen and business insights for designing incentive programs.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
