What you will do

• Perform second line monitoring on assigned key controls per framework.
• Analyze SLM activity outcomes and produce transparent reports for ING entities.
• Collect and review documentation and evidence to support risk monitoring activities.
• Document findings and observations from monitoring reviews in a clear, structured manner.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify issues and escalate concerns identified during monitoring.
• Contribute to overall non-financial risk management and maintain compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• University or Master's degree.
• 3+ years of experience, preferably within the banking sector and/or IT audit.
• Experience with Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Management frameworks, governance, and regulations (e.g., EBA, ECB).
• Knowledge of IT Risk Management Policies and standards (e.g., Identity and Access Management, Cyber, Data, AI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work across different geographies.
