Location: Hybrid in Poznan, Poland (average 4 days/week in office)

Salary: 120 — 190 PLN per hour

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production-ready Shopify front-end code and reusable components using Liquid.
• Lead front-end development workstreams in an Agile environment, including planning and estimation.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to integrate platform APIs and Shopify Apps.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the development lifecycle.
• Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep proficiency in Shopify theme development using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with component-based architecture and front-end best practices.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility (WCAG) and web performance optimization.
• Must be based in Poland and able to work from the Poznan office.
