TL;DR

Location: Berlin (Hybrid) or Remote. Relocation package and visa support provided.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end mobile UX from conception to launch for a high-traffic entertainment app.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups focusing on game discovery and loyalty gamification.
- Develop and maintain scalable design guidelines and a comprehensive design system.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to implement seamless interactions for iOS and Android within technical constraints.
- Integrate AI and automation to optimize design operations and streamline workflows.
- Mentor the design team and champion design-led practices throughout the organization.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end mobile product design, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
- Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement strategies.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful mobile design work.
- Experience scaling design teams and optimizing operational processes.
Nice to have
- Background in loyalty or rewards platforms.
- Experience in mobile gaming and understanding of current trends.
- Knowledge of the mobile advertising landscape.
