Location: Fully remote within the UK

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementation projects.
• Act as the technical and functional subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform.
• Gather customer requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Configure and extend CRM solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Deliver customer demonstrations, presentations, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience working with AI capabilities and Microsoft Copilot.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Microsoft PL-900 certification is essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft PL-600 certification.
