What you will do

• Proactively source and engage high-potential, early-career sales talent.
• Coordinate European campus recruitment initiatives and build relationships with academic institutions.
• Develop and implement a calendar of recruitment events, including fairs and networking sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to drive creative employer branding strategies.
• Maintain data integrity and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and local leaders to ensure high-quality candidate experiences.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Growth mindset with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Lisbon office.
