What you will do

• Design and create email ads in Klaviyo, plan, schedule, and send targeted email campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts: post content, engage with followers, and grow brand presence.
• Create compelling graphics and marketing assets for email, social media, and the website.
• Develop and curate content aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
• Assist with e-commerce website management on Shopify, including basic coding and updates (HTML/CSS) to maintain the store.
• Track performance of email and social campaigns and provide reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Klaviyo email marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website editing.
• Experience managing Shopify websites.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail; ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
