What you will do

• Own jurisdiction-level fraud risk and serve as the primary point of contact for fraud governance.
• Conduct end-to-end fraud risk assessments for new and existing product features.
• Advise Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams on fraud exposure and control design.
• Develop tech-enabled fraud prevention solutions and review performance data to identify emerging patterns.
• Drive root-cause analysis for high-loss scenarios and escalated fraud complaints.
• Deliver fraud insights and dashboards to support risk-based decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fraud risk within a 1LoD or product advisory function.
• Expertise in fraud typologies, detection strategies, and customer risk indicators in banking.
• Proven track record of driving measurable fraud loss reduction and control improvements.
• Strong partnership skills to influence stakeholders across Product, Data, and Operations.
• Experience working in a global bank or high-growth fintech environment.
• Must be based in Colombia with the ability to work in a hybrid or remote capacity.
