What you will do

• Lead and mentor employees within the service unit, focusing on resource capacity and development planning.
• Manage daily activities for Digital Workflow platforms, specifically ServiceNow (including ServiceHub, CSM, GRC).
• Drive service lifecycle improvements, optimizing support procedures and automating delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain the service roadmap, maintenance plans, and oversee cost tracking and forecasting.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and uptime metrics while managing incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Coordinate technical changes and communicate them effectively within and outside the team.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in leadership and people management.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL), ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies.
• Must be able to pass security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
