TL;DR
PR & Communications Intern (Sports-tech): Supporting the execution of communication strategies and amplifying the company's voice globally with an accent on media relations and content creation. Focus on drafting press releases, monitoring media coverage, and coordinating product launches and events.
Location: Hybrid (Madrid, Spain). Must be currently enrolled in a University or Business School and eligible to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).

What you will do
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and communication materials in English and Spanish.
- Track media coverage, compile PR reports, and analyze the impact of campaigns and industry trends.
- Maintain and update media databases and build relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Support PR plans for product launches, partnership announcements, and company milestones.
- Assist in the organization of press events, tournaments, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Local Market teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Requirements
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) for ideally 6 months.
- Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proactive mindset and passion for tech, startups, and the sports industry.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in similar PR or communication roles.
- Proficiency in other European languages such as Italian, French, or German.
- Personal interest or experience in playing padel or tennis.
