What you will do

• Lead the CFC team and oversee end-to-end planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Own CFC governance to ensure consistency in cost classification, reporting, and internal controls.
• Deliver consolidated performance insights and executive reporting for the CFO and Executive Committee.
• Act as a senior finance partner to functional leadership and collaborate with HR on headcount planning.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and finance efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or FP&A.
• Proven experience leading teams within a matrix organization.
• Strong cost management mindset and business partnering capabilities.
• Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling business stories.
• Experience in finance transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for working in an international environment.
