What you will do
- Manage inbound customer calls, messages, and service inquiries professionally.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatches using ServiceTitan.
- Handle appointment reschedules, cancellations, and urgent service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call dispositions, and follow-up tasks.
- Ensure technicians receive complete and accurate job information before dispatch.
- Support operational workflows to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Jamaica, or Peru.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Dispatching roles.
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services industries.
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work U.S. Business Hours.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting U.S.-based home service businesses.
- Experience managing customer communications through social media.
- Additional customer service or dispatch certifications.
- Experience with CRM platforms beyond ServiceTitan.
