What you will do

• Define and own the overarching UX/UI vision and design philosophy across all products.
• Act as the single point of accountability for cross-product experience quality and consistency.
• Govern company-wide design systems and component libraries to ensure a shared foundation.
• Translate brand strategy into tangible UX principles, standards, and guardrails.
• Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across Sportsbook, Casino, and other verticals.
• Lead and provide strategic direction to the distributed UX community across product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading UX at a senior level across a broad product portfolio.
• Hands-on knowledge of design infrastructure and building scalable, shared foundations.
• Strong ability to connect brand identity with product experience in an actionable way.
• Proven ability to influence and raise standards across teams without direct management.
• Strategic mindset for identifying and fixing experience breakdowns across complex customer journeys.
