What you will do

• Develop and execute the VIP retention campaign roadmap across digital and retail channels within the defined bonus budget.
• Utilize data-driven insights from tools like Excel and Domo to create personalized touchpoints and increase customer lifetime value.
• Craft tailored communications and VIP strategies to keep high-value segments engaged and connected.
• Collaborate with CRM and iGaming teams to align VIP management with commercial goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to translate analytics into actionable retention improvements.
• Manage the end-to-end VIP journey, from onboarding to elite player management, while ensuring compliance with AML and RG standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in account management, ideally working with VIP customers in the iGaming industry.
• Fluent German language skills are essential for customer communication.
• Strong English communication skills for internal collaboration.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and Domo.
• Extroverted and confident approach to proactive relationship management via phone and direct messaging.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating outstanding gaming experiences.
