TL;DR

Senior Full Stack Developer (React/Node/AWS): Build, scale, and optimize modern web applications end-to-end with an accent on React/Node development, API design, and database performance. Focus on shipping production features, improving system scalability, and mentoring developers while maintaining code quality and uptime.

hirify.global is a high-growth product team building and scaling modern web applications.

What you will do

  • Deliver end-to-end features across frontend, backend, database, and deployment.
  • Build responsive UIs with React (and also Angular/Vue) and implement state management (Redux/Context/Vuex).
  • Develop backend APIs using Node.js and Python frameworks (Django/Flask) and/or Spring Boot, including REST and GraphQL.
  • Design database schemas and optimize queries across PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB, including caching with Redis.
  • Maintain code quality with Jest/Cypress, peer reviews, and ≥ 80% code coverage.
  • Own deployment workflows using Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), while mentoring developers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience.
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
  • Strong React + Node.js experience.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work in U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

  • SaaS or product-based company experience.
  • Microservices or serverless architecture experience.
  • Experience with Docker and Terraform.
  • Experience in high-growth environments.
