What you will do

• Guide product decisions by researching customer needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Own product initiatives across the full lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features and remove blockers.
• Support roadmap planning by evaluating trade-offs and focusing on high-impact work.
• Define and analyze success metrics using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Communicate product direction and value delivered to stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management or delivery-focused experience.
• Proven experience managing product features through the full lifecycle.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in ambiguous spaces.
• Excellent communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
