Salary: $60,000 – $135,000

What you will do
- Set the strategy and roadmap for a multi-surface reporting system, including dashboards, APIs, and AI-agent experiences.
- Build trusted payroll-grade reporting foundations, covering GL/journal exports, reconciliation, and auditability.
- Develop intelligent insights using AI and anomaly detection to provide proactive recommendations to users.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal, and Operations to transform customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for adoption, engagement, and report accuracy to continuously improve the product.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a Product Manager focusing on reporting, analytics, or data platforms.
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
- Strong data literacy and ability to read/write SQL to validate results and investigate discrepancies.
- English: Business-level proficiency in writing and speaking.
- Strong UX sensibilities to simplify complex data and reporting workflows.

- Domain expertise in HR Tech, payroll, finance, compliance, or B2B SaaS.
