What you will do

• Lead the delivery of the largest and most complex enterprise client implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage critical client escalations and mitigate risks through strategic thinking and cross-functional coordination.
• Design and implement scalable frameworks to support team development and consistent delivery quality.
• Represent client needs internally to influence the product roadmap and solution evolution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance delivery methodologies and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to pre-sales by shaping solution scope and ensuring alignment between deliverables and client expectations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, software implementation, or strategic client delivery.
• 5+ years of specialized experience in DealCloud CRM or CRM experience in financial services, private equity, or investment banking is required.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale engagements with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong escalation management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience executing mentoring and coaching programs in professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy through structured client advocacy.

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
