What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner for enterprise customers, providing expert guidance on product functionality.
• Lead scoping and delivery of client requirements, including tailored demos and technical implementation.
• Drive platform adoption and retention through a consultative approach.
• Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product and service improvements.
• Support Account Management in identifying and executing upsell opportunities.
• Manage customer escalations with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role (Professional Services, Implementation, or Customer Success) within a SaaS company or media agency.
• Proven experience working with Enterprise accounts.
• Background in digital marketing (highly preferred).
• Experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and IT affinity.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
