What you will do
- Lead global management of platform worker and rider classification risks.
- Monitor and manage high-profile litigation and regulatory investigations, developing defense strategies.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to support next-generation delivery solutions.
- Explore new business models and strategic opportunities related to platform work.
- Track and analyze legislative developments impacting platform work and advise Public Policy teams.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for senior management with limited international travel.
Requirements
- Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm environment with a strong litigation background.
- Deep expertise in platform work and the EU Platform Workers Directive.
- Strong legal judgment and experience advising senior stakeholders.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Fluency in at least one additional European language.
