Location: Prague, Czechia. Willingness to be based in or relocate to one of the EU markets

What you will do

  • Lead global management of platform worker and rider classification risks.
  • Monitor and manage high-profile litigation and regulatory investigations, developing defense strategies.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to support next-generation delivery solutions.
  • Explore new business models and strategic opportunities related to platform work.
  • Track and analyze legislative developments impacting platform work and advise Public Policy teams.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for senior management with limited international travel.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm environment with a strong litigation background.
  • Deep expertise in platform work and the EU Platform Workers Directive.
  • Strong legal judgment and experience advising senior stakeholders.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Fluency in at least one additional European language.
