Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to one of the markets in the EU (e.g., Stockholm, Sweden)

What you will do

  • Lead the global management of platform worker and rider classification risks.
  • Monitor high-profile litigation and regulatory investigations and develop defense strategies.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to support the development of next-generation delivery solutions.
  • Support cross-functional teams in exploring new business models related to platform work.
  • Analyze legislative developments and advise Public Policy teams at HQ and market levels.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert providing guidance to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a law firm with a strong background in litigation.
  • Deep expertise in platform work and the EU Platform Workers Directive.
  • Strong legal judgment and experience advising senior stakeholders.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional European language.
  • Willingness to be based in or relocate to an EU market.
