What you will do

• Position and develop enterprise architecture as a strategic partner to Business and IT to drive measurable business value.
• Build and lead a high-performing architecture team covering Enterprise, Business, IT, and Innovation domains.
• Establish effective architecture governance, principles, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Steer and consolidate the IT portfolio, focusing on reducing technical debt and sustainable modernization.
• Identify technology trends to provide strategic options and support investment decisions for top management.
• Manage the innovation funnel and ensure successful initiatives are scaled into the regular IT portfolio.

Requirements

• Degree in STEM, business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Expertise in EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and agile methods at an enterprise level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Vienna, Austria (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the financial services environment or other regulated industries.
• Experience working in international, multilingual organizations and complex transformation initiatives.
