Salary: £113,200 - £145,200 + equity + Incentive Awards

What you will do

• Shape the ML strategy for Workforce Management to determine where forecasting and optimization can drive the most impact.
• Lead the design, build, and delivery of production ML systems for routing, assignment, and time-to-completion prediction.
• Provide technical guidance on modeling approaches, validation frameworks, and technical trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to solve ambiguous operational problems.
• Coach and develop Machine Learning Scientists through regular 1:1s and technical mentorship.
• Establish high technical standards, documentation, and monitoring for ML systems in production.

Requirements

• Recent experience as a hands-on ML practitioner (Senior IC, Tech Lead, or ML Manager).
• Strong foundations in ML, statistics, forecasting, optimization, or operations research.
• Proven track record of shipping and owning ML systems in production.
• Ability to communicate complex ML concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for coaching and developing other technical team members.
• Must be based in the UK or be eligible for visa sponsorship and relocation to the UK.
