What you will do

• Analyze and document client server network environments to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Perform root cause analysis for workstation and server-level incidents across diverse business environments.
• Develop and implement client standards based on best practices and evaluate needs across the client base.
• Troubleshoot complex server, network, and connectivity issues independently.
• Provide technical leadership, escalated support, and mentoring to other engineers in the department.
• Manage Mail applications, Office 365, Firewalls (SSLVPN/Site-to-Site), and Backup/DR solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of desktop and/or server support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience designing LAN/WAN network architectures and Windows Servers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server and Workstation technologies, Office 365, and Azure.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability to work after hours or participate in an on-call rotation when necessary.

• AZ800/801: Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure.
• MCSA: Server Administrator or above.
