What you will do

• Lead the global management of platform worker and rider classification risks.
• Monitor and manage high-profile litigation and regulatory investigations, developing defense strategies.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to support the development of next-generation delivery solutions.
• Track and analyze legislative and regulatory developments impacting platform work.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance to senior management and stakeholders across the Group.

Requirements

• Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of experience in a law firm environment with a strong background in litigation.
• Deep expertise in platform work and the EU Platform Workers Directive.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Fluency in at least one additional European language.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to one of the company's EU markets.
