What you will do

• Act as the primary legal advisor for the design and structuring of trade finance products, including receivables and payables solutions.
• Draft, maintain, and update the core suite of trade finance template legal agreements regulated by English law.
• Advise business and risk teams on legal risks and enforcement considerations in trade finance structures and securitisation transactions.
• Manage and own the legal work stream for trade finance features.
• Structure, negotiate, and advise on legal documentation for funding partners and risk distribution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of PQE.
• Experience in-house or in private practice advising on trade finance or supply chain finance.
• Expertise in drafting documentation regulated by English law.
• Broad-based credit knowledge, including experience with securitisation transactions.
• Must be based in the UK.
