What you will do

• Advise the business on compliance and legal issues regarding the structuring of new and existing credit products.
• Draft customer-facing legal documents for banking and payment products.
• Manage regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications for credit feature expansion.
• Handle complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Italy with experience advising on local financial regulations.
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials.
• Strong knowledge of the Consumer Credit Directive (CCD) and debt recovery procedures.
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations with incomplete information.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
