What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for real estate properties using AppFolio and QuickBooks.
• Record and reconcile rent collections, lease deposits, and property-related income.
• Process accounts payable including vendor invoices and utilities, and monitor accounts receivable for timely collections.
• Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze financial reports including cash flow, income statements, and balance sheets.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for property portfolios.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate accounting, preferably with property management firms.
• Proficiency in AppFolio and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to work Night Shift (EST).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
