What you will do

• Launch investment products and services by conducting legal assessments and preparing customer-facing documentation.
• Advise the business on complex legal and regulatory issues regarding product structuring, marketing, and promotion.
• Research complex regulatory questions and provide detailed legal analyses to support business decisions.
• Manage the resolution of customer complaints and disputes.
• Collaborate with Commercial Legal Counsels to draft and negotiate regulatory components of legal agreements.
• Implement compliance policies and report on operational, legal, and regulatory risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 6+ years of experience as a lawyer at a top-tier law firm.
• 4+ years of wealth and trading experience (investment services, financial markets, or asset management).
• Expertise in MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR, PRIIPS, and UCITS implementation.
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations with a business-oriented mindset.
