What you will do

• Define and coordinate operational projects across Logistics and Production teams to ensure the execution of key initiatives.
• Track operational performance through KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the management and growth of the in-house transportation network.
• Drive efficiency initiatives across transportation, storage, and vehicle production activities.
• Coordinate capacity planning and storage management to support business growth.
• Prepare and present regular business reports and updates to local management and HQ stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or Strategy Consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• English: C1 level or above required.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands-on, and ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, automation, or scripting.
